Elves: Scandinavian-live above ground (if good). If evil, below ground-love clean houses.

Bogies: Welsh, mischevious elf.

Goblins: French, ugly, mischevious, moves furniture, likes girls and horses. Pinch and beat naughty children, turns milk sour, spoils cream.  To get rid of them, spill flaz seed in a trail out of your house (They go out picking up the seeds).

Hob Goblins: English-Hob=Robert, Rob (For Robin Good Fellow)- Do mischevious acts.

Kobard: German-underground, some clean, some sing. They trip people, spill wine, start quarrel's.

Leprechauns: Irish-Makes shoes, rich, cranky, live alone, Never believe them. They have pots of gold.

Nix: German-Live in lakes + rivers. Look human from waist up. They have fish tails. Males have green teeth. They lure people to dangerous waters and kill them (drown). A Nix passing as a person will have wet clothing.

Pixies: English-Souls of babies who dies before baptism. Handsom, wears green clothing, Neat. Keep water by hearth(rug) for them. Steals children, leads people off paths. To avoid them, wear clothing inside-out.

Poltergeist: German-Noisy, haunt houses, responsible for house noises and moved furniture.

Trolls: Can be small or giant, leutonic folklore. Live underground of in hills. Also live under bridges.

Jinn: Arabic spirits

Brownies: English-Do good at night.

Broonies: West Scotland-Old men, bright eyes. They test people by asking for food, or soup, or porage.

Silkies: West Scotland-Shape changers. They are seals. Want only to be left alone. Care about children(especialy theirs). Love music.

Dwarfs: Scandinavian-Short, ugly, humped back, crooked noses, grey jackets, red hats. Live in caves or underground, can tell futur or make people rich. Hate noise. Live in hills in halls of crystal or gold.

Uldras: Lapland-Larger than gnomes. Blind in daylight. Be friendly or they will poison reindeer moss. Do not mistreat. Authority over bears, elk, etc.

Gnomes: Ageless, often deformed dwarf(?). Lives under earth. Guards precious ores or treasure.

Vila(Vile Plural[Usually Female]): A)Danubean-Slavic. White hair, destiny of newborns, warn people that they are about to die. Live in lakes. 1st week of summer they lure men to dance with them in the willow groves. You do and you dance until you die. They were thought to be the souls of children who died unbaptized or virgins who drowned. Beautiful, dress in mists.
                                   B)Russian-ugly, untidy, wicked. Ambush and torture people (Especially men).

Shee, Banshee: Scotland, Ireland-Hillfolk. The scream of a banshee means someone will die.

Sirens: Half woman, half bird.

Orcs: Ugly creatures from middle earth. Let's nothing get in their way.

Mermaids: Like the Nix, they are human from waist up and fish from waist down, but Mermaids are only female.

Centares: Human from waist up, horse from waist down.

Dragon: Large creature with the power to breath fire. Most fly. Some live in water.

Menehune: Little people of hawii. Similar o pixies or trolls. Lives deep in forests.
