Voipstunt is one of many Metamax providers. If you are configuring a Betamax voip provider other then Voipstunt, everything will be the same. Just your user name and PW will be different.

Also, if you want to configure your PAP2 with another Betamax provider such as internetcalls or voipbusterpro, simply change ONLY proxy from sip.voipstunt.com to sip.whateverprovider.com

For Betamax providers' dial plan, I have

To call a country, dial 00 + (country code) + (area code) + (phone number)
