step1 open the sms messages window
step2 click on the menu to open the options menu
step3 under the options menu click on the boilerplate text
step4 click new
step5 write "mo" then space the word 'month" will appear
step6 press backspace 2 times to erase "nth"
step7 press space bar to advance the cursor 
step8 press done

the next time you want just "mo" to appear just click on the boilerplate and
there is your "mo" ready to be used :)i use the sytlus a lot because i use reco
echo to input data coz i think grafitti is better than the thumbboard provided
so clicking on things is better for me.
