put the file in maxis\sims\downloads
if it don't work the put it in downloads\transmogrified

this one was a quick easy one i made i just recolored the egyptian statue and made it a colum to get to it in the game go to build and have a look in colums for a golden egyptian statue

bye the way if you rotate the map in the game you will notice that the statue stays the same and that you can't see the back of it
